• Completed SEO work or delivered reports

• Link building placements that have already been secured

• Content that has been written and delivered

• Any service that has already consumed time and resources

5. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us in writing.

• For monthly services, advance notice may be required as per contract terms.

• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be charged accordingly.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
